now....

Those who miscommunicate things really need to shut the fuck up (myself included.) Really, it's better for everyone that way... dontcha think? I'm not so sure things are going to be okay. It seems "forced" in all aspects. Company is nice, but is it really worth it??

Name dropping from pretentious assholes and idiot adults who have the mindset of high school boys who never had many friends who always dated the girls with low self esteem because they were the only ones they could keep. It only makes sense... right?Keep the dick and fart jokes to yourself, i'll be fine without them, thank's anyways. Donthca think tits are awesome, dude? Lame.

I smell the flu/various bacterias and or viruses. (this is a literal statement from someone who has no sense of smell.) It smells gross. Good thing I got my flu shot. Hopefully that will save me.

a few weeks ago.

I just wasn't getting into what macronympha was doing with their stage show. Two girls pworwling each others bodies, slowly, and seemed very forced.
It was funny to me that so and so was there PROBABLY to see them? Oh, he's funny.... and looking more disgusting as time goes by (it's sad.) I remember 5 or 6 years ago... wasn't that aged yet....
Wolf Eyes weren't really holding me. I dont know why. They even had this time where Dillo came up on stage and playe with them (he hasn't been an active member of the band probably for at least over a year) but I just wasn't getting into it. Haven't listened to the $20 double LP "river slaughter" yet, just cuz i've been too lazy.... and if you blink stuff like that will disappear. I remmber about 5 years ago the first time I saw them. Might have been just Nate/Aaron. wasn't shit. I didn't dig it yet.... it took a few times of seeing them on familiar bills to start getting into it... still have that first record (W.E./Nautical split 12"...mine is green but I remember some blue ones floating around. Some film website was selling it for about $30 about 3 years ago. I don't know what it's worth now. But yeah, sw them a few times after the first over a year or so and thought it was decent.. then came the night I bought the Dread LP from Nautical at a show.... took it home and it blew me the fuck away. Then after that it was like whenever I saw them they were kicking in full force, totally awesome shows, went to one everytime thy came around... which was maybe almost like 5 or 6 times a year in its 'peak'... last two times i've seen em with Connelly it hasn't been as good... don't know if i've outgrown it or if it's just getting a bit boring... I don't want to sound mean...

I was really sick that night the other week anyways..... and annoyed. it dosent matter.

question:

Why did Throbbing Gristle get back together after all these years?

I thought the "mission was terminated" ?

So I heard that 4 song TG-NOW thing they put out, and I guess it was decent... but dosen't this go against everything they stood for? I hear a brand new albums about to come out, called "Throbbing Gristle Two".....and so it leaves me wondering if they're now grouped in the same camp as such sequel bands as "Electric Light Orchestra Two" and so on and so forth???

whitehouse.

The whitehouse show was amazing.... I think it was probably better than last time they played here, about 5 or so months ago. Some asshole threw their shirt at them and it landed on Philip's head. They did this shit in between songs where theyd just shoot out noise from the omputers that I don't remember them doing last time... the other show I just remember as blasting song after song until it ended. They played a lot of the same songs (all newer, here's what I remember.... ruthless babysitting, why you never became a dancer, (variation on) a cunt (i can never tell the two apart?), dans (maybe), cruise, movememnt etc etc....) switching the one 'classic' they did last time (rock and roll) for tit pulp..... which was fucking incredible. They've been cancelling a lot of shows on this North American tour, but I wasn't worried about Chicago for some reason... closed the same way they did last time, posing during "movement2000' or whatever they want to call it now... Cheer-Accident opened, which was plesant as well. Thymmes been saying he'd give me a copy of trading baloons on cd cuz i lost mine, instead he broght the whole package and told me I could buy it again... I told him I didn't have any money but he gave me the whole thing anyways. I also asked him to put aside a you fantastic! shirt for me with serious brown and curious brown on it, and he gave me that too. But I think i'll pay him for it next time I see him....

My roomate had to leave about two or three songs into whitehouse's set cuz she was sick from some fumes Andy painted at the drop in and kept puking. But I guess she didn't get molested this time....

hey thats the '90s for ya

hey I tried to email Dave Eaves at CallD4Info@aol.com but it bouned back at me. That's the '90s for ya.

(I've been looking at the "Chicago show list" archive which unfortunatley cuts off a few months after I started going to shows...)
